The Zach Stewart Endowed Scholarship Fund
This fund is established to honor the life and aspirations of Zachary Edward Stewart. Through the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration (HVAC/R) program at Bates Technical College, Zach discovered a vocation which he devoted his life to - he knew it, understood it and loved it. He was proud of his accomplishments and the relationships with his coworkers. To reach this understanding and devotion, he benefited from the tutelage of several capable mentors. In time, he too would have successfully mentored others. Although unable to enjoy that duty, he will perform the mentor’s role well beyond several lifetimes through his scholarship fund. The endowment supports a scholarship and facilitates growth, by supporting students enrolled in the Bates Technical College HVAC program with tuition, tools and supplies. Currently the fund is strong enough to support one scholarship per quarter. As the fund grows its scope will expand.
To help fund the scholarship you can participate in the annual golf tournament, help sponsor the golf tournament, or make donations at any time by sending a check to The Zach Stewart Endowed Scholarship Fund.
